A Landmark for Park Slope

The Ashlar is a new development coming to the Park Slope neighborhood, replacing the Arrow Linen Supply Site following the rezoning in 2025. The new development will provide 396 quality new homes to families and individuals who either already live in the neighborhood or seek to call this wonderful area their home.

The project will include a set-aside of permanently affordable homes, which will be marketed through NYC Housing Connect via a lottery process. Information about leasing for both the affordable and market rate units will be provided here once it is available – likely in early 2028. The buildings will have luxury amenities available to all residents, as well as designated space for a local community facility.
