About the Development
A Landmark for Park Slope
The Ashlar is a new development coming to the Park Slope neighborhood, replacing the Arrow Linen Supply Site following the rezoning in 2025. The new development will bring 396 new families to the neighborhood, widening the community.
The project will include at least 100 affordable housing units, which will be marketed through NYC Housing Connect via a lottery process.
